On Saturday breakfast will be served at 730 followed by Junior events , lunch, and Junior Heifer show at 130pm. Good luck to all those junior involved in those events.
Congratulations to the new President of the Canadian Angus Association Corrine Gibson from Alberta and to Vice Tammy Ribey from Ontario. The Maritimes will be well represented with new director on the board Trevor Welch from New Brunswick. Our retiring director Jim Colodey did a terrific job representing the Angus breed and a big thanks go out to Jim for all he has done for the industry. Although I had plans to attend the convention in Moose Jaw Sk I was unable due to circumstances but it was nice to be able to watch some of the Annual meeting live on the internet.
Finally got a chance to take some pictures since cattle have been out on grass. At last summer appears to be here after along miserable winter.
